Hardened insulating foil UHP50

 

 

 

Hardened isolation board for underfloor heating systems designed for pipe installation and be used only as a recoil layer for heavy-duty use, car bussiness, industry and manufacture.

Foil is made of PE plastic and is 0,9 mm thick.

 

Each board has a lock which quarantees that each side of the board is overlapped by another one, thereby it is secured that conctrete won't penetrate below the polystyrene.

 

There are octagonal studs with overhangs on the top of the board that allow quick and easy installation of any pipe with a thickness of 14 - 17mm (pipe stays in place and does not pop out).

 

5mm high small ribs between studs secure that the pipe is completely wrapped in concrete sealing compound (even from bottom). This ensures perfect heat exchange to a heating board around whole pipeline.
